Join The Cornerstone Home Group brokered by eXp Realty and powered by PLACE as a Real Estate Showing Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Based in Mason, USA, you will support our team by coordinating and conducting property showings, ensuring clients receive personalized and professional service throughout their home buying journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with real estate professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, helping clients find their perfect home. • Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
