Next Level Group seeks a driven and goal-oriented Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with an annual sales volume between $1 and $4 million, eager to grow their business and increase their production by 30%. This accomplished agent is committed to leveraging innovative systems, streamlined processes, and premium training and coaching to elevate their career to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings for prospective buyers in partnership with lead agents and clients.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and responding to basic client questions.
- Communicate feedback from showings to the lead agent to aid in client decision-making.
- Accurately document showing appointments and client interactions using the PLACE Technology platform.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a seamless process.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as preparing showing materials and updating property details.
- Keep informed about local market trends and available listings to provide valuable insights during tours.

Compensation
$25,000 - $49,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
