Next Level Group is looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with an annual sales volume ranging from $1 to $4 million, who is ready to expand their business and boost their production by 30%. Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage property showings for potential buyers in collaboration with lead agents and clients.
- Lead property tours, emphasizing important features and addressing basic client inquiries.
- Relay feedback from showings to the lead agent to support client decision-making processes.
- Keep precise records of showing appointments and client communications using the PLACE Technology system.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle light administrative duties, including preparing showing materials and updating property information.
- Stay updated on local market trends and available properties to offer valuable insights during showings.

- Must hold a valid real estate license
- Possess a current driver’s license and dependable transportation (mandatory)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
- Basic understanding of real estate or a strong willingness to acquire knowledge (prior experience not necessary)
- Real estate license is mandatory
Compensation
$25,000 - $49,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
