Next Level Group is looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with an annual sales volume ranging from $1 to $4 million, who is ready to expand their business and boost their production by 30%. This successful agent is dedicated to utilizing cutting-edge systems, efficient workflows, and top-tier training and coaching to advance their career to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage property showings for potential buyers in collaboration with lead agents and clients.
  • Lead property tours, emphasizing important features and addressing basic client inquiries.
  • Relay feedback from showings to the lead agent to support client decision-making processes.
  • Keep precise records of showing appointments and client communications using the PLACE Technology system.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle light administrative duties, including preparing showing materials and updating property information.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and available properties to offer valuable insights during showings.

  • Must hold a valid real estate license
  • Possess a current driver’s license and dependable transportation (mandatory)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Basic understanding of real estate or a strong willingness to acquire knowledge (prior experience not necessary)
  • Real estate license is mandatory

Compensation

$25,000 - $49,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
