Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate property showings for prospective buyers with lead agents and clients.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and answering basic client questions.
- Provide feedback from showings to the lead agent to assist in client decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of showing appointments and client interactions in our PLACE Technology system.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as preparing showing materials or updating property details.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property inventory to provide valuable insights during showings.
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

- Real estate license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or a willingness to learn (no prior experience required).
- Real estate license is required
Compensation
$25,000 - $49,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
