Job Summary

Become a valued member of the energetic team at G.R.I.T Home Professionals, located at 135 Park Ave in Lake Havasu City, as a dedicated Real Estate Agent. In this position, you will excel in a stimulating and fulfilling setting, helping clients navigate the rewarding process of buying and selling properties. Your key duties will involve supporting buyers and sellers by skillfully marketing homes and negotiating the best prices and contract conditions. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
