As a Showing Partner with Premier Home Team, you’ll work directly with buyers, tour homes, and develop a practical understanding of the local real estate market. This position is designed to strengthen your communication and client-service skills through regular, real-world experience. It’s an active, growth-oriented opportunity, not a cold-calling role or a desk-based position.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside an experienced agent and support an established group of motivated buyers from the start. Your core responsibilities will include conducting property tours, assisting clients throughout their home search, and helping qualified buyers move closer to a successful purchase.

Initially, you will not be expected to generate or manage your own clients. As you build your experience, market knowledge, and confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and operate more independently.

As a Zillow Preferred team, we receive a steady flow of buyer leads. This provides consistent opportunities to practice client communication, learn the local market, observe the transaction process, and receive ongoing guidance from the agent you support.

Availability Requirement: Evening and weekend availability is required. Buyers are most likely to schedule home tours during these periods, making your support especially important.

• Show homes to buyers on behalf of the agent you're supporting, based on their leads
• Help move that agent's active leads from initial inquiry to in-person showings
• Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and teammates
• Deliver a professional, punctual, on-point client experience every time
• Relay client feedback and insights back to the team
• Track your activity and client interactions in PLACE Technology
• Show up for team meetings, trainings, and script practice
• Keep learning: scripts, market knowledge, client communication

$45,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
