• Guide serious buyers on property tours across Northern Virginia
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire home buying journey

• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from top-producing agents
• Maintain availability during peak client hours, including evenings and weekends

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Virginia real estate agent with strong local market expertise
• Dependable transportation and thorough knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
• Tech-savvy with the ability to respond promptly and efficiently
• Motivated to learn from experienced industry leaders
• Competitive spirit with a dedication to excellence
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
