About the Position: As one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing teams, we close over 50 transactions annually and draw more than 10 million monthly views across our digital channels. Partnering with Zillow Flex, we’re seeking a showing agent who can match our dynamic pace and energetic culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide serious buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Build a reputation as the trusted agent buyers turn to when ready to purchase
- Expand your personal network while representing our vibrant team
- Gain hands-on experience from high-performing agents who consistently close deals
- Maintain availability during evenings and weekends, when many transactions are finalized
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Virginia real estate license with the confidence to actively engage in the market
- Dependable transportation and in-depth knowledge of the Northern Virginia area
- Strong technological proficiency and the ability to respond promptly
- A genuine eagerness to learn from industry experts
- A competitive spirit combined with unwavering determination
- The ability to work independently and proactively solve challenges

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
