Position Overview: Join one of Northern Virginia’s fastest expanding teams, closing over 50 deals annually and attracting more than 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. In partnership with Zillow Flex, we’re searching for a showing agent who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead serious buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor during every step of the home buying process
- Grow your professional network while representing a high-performing, energetic team
- Learn directly from top-producing agents with a proven track record
- Be available during peak client hours, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed real estate agent in Virginia with deep knowledge of the local market
- Reliable transportation and comprehensive familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Proficient with technology and able to respond quickly and effectively
- Eager to learn from seasoned industry professionals
- Competitive mindset with a strong commitment to excellence
- Self-driven and capable of working independently

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
