In collaboration with Zillow Flex, we’re searching for a showing agent who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide serious buyers on property tours across Northern Virginia
- Build a reputation as the trusted agent buyers rely on for their purchasing decisions
- Expand your personal network while representing our energetic team
- Gain hands-on experience from top agents who consistently close deals
- Maintain availability during evenings and weekends, prime times for deal-making
Who We’re Looking For:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license with confidence in navigating the market
- Has dependable transportation and thorough knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Tech-savvy with the ability to respond promptly and efficiently
- Enthusiastic about learning from experienced industry leaders
- Driven by competition and unwavering determination
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
