About the Role: Join one of Northern Virginia’s fastest expanding teams, closing over 50 deals annually and attracting more than 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. Partnering with Zillow Flex, we’re seeking a showing agent who thrives in a fast-moving, energetic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for serious buyers throughout Northern Virginia
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor buyers depend on for their home purchases
  • Grow your personal network while representing our dynamic team
  • Learn directly from top-performing agents who consistently close transactions
  • Be available during evenings and weekends, the peak times for client engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and confidently navigates the local market
  • Reliable transportation and in-depth knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
  • Proficient with technology and able to respond quickly and effectively
  • Eager to learn from seasoned industry professionals
  • Motivated by competition with a strong drive to succeed
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
