About the opportunity: As one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing teams, we close over 50 transactions annually and attract more than 10 million monthly views on our platforms. In partnership with Zillow Flex, we’re searching for a showing agent who can match our rapid growth and energy.
What you’ll do:
- Guide serious buyers through home tours across Northern Virginia
- Become the trusted agent buyers turn to when they’re ready to make a purchase
- Expand your personal network while representing our dynamic team
- Gain hands-on experience from agents who consistently close deals
- Commit to working evenings and weekends when deals often come together
What we’re looking for:
- A valid Virginia real estate license with the confidence to actively use it
- Dependable transportation and thorough knowledge of the Northern Virginia area
- Strong technological proficiency and the ability to act swiftly
- A genuine eagerness to learn from top producers
- A relentless drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
- The ability to work independently and solve challenges without constant supervision

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
