Responsibilities

  • Connect with persons interested in buying real estate in central Ohio
  • Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
  • Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
  • Schedule tours and show homes to buyers
  • Submit purchase offers on behalf of buyers; negotiate terms and remedies
  • Conduct 2 open houses each month

Qualifications

If you are a self-motivated sales professional, then the Showing Agent position may be a terrific match for you. If you also are a strong communicator, good listener and problem solver, then you’re definitely on the right track. If you enjoy talking with people and don’t mind making phone calls to uncover someone’s needs, then generating leads might be your superpower.

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
