Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with lead agents to conduct property showings across Northern Virginia.
  • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback after each showing to help refine client preferences.
  • Support lead agents and clients in preparing and negotiating offers.
  • Host open houses to attract potential buyers and generate new leads.
  • Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation to develop your own client base.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and client interactions using PLACE technology and team tools.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training, including script rehearsals, team coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Calls.
  • Deliver outstanding client service to ensure a smooth and confident home-buying journey.

  • Virginia real estate license or actively pursuing licensure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
