Your Role:
- Engage with qualified, active buyer and seller leads—no cold calling required
- Manage appointments, negotiate contracts, and rapidly grow your sales pipeline
- Leverage cutting-edge systems, in-depth training, and accountability tools to maximize your results
- Collaborate with motivated teammates committed to excellence
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Virginia real estate license or is close to obtaining one
- Embraces a full-time, commission-only compensation model

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
