Your Responsibilities

• Work with qualified, motivated buyer and seller leads—no cold calling required
• Meet with clients, negotiate contracts, and strategically expand your business
• Use established systems, comprehensive training, and accountability tools to strengthen your performance
• Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding client and business results

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Virginia real estate license or is nearing completion of the licensing process
• Is prepared to work full time within a commission-only compensation model
• Demonstrates discipline, initiative, and a willingness to follow proven strategies
• Wants to build a lasting real estate career rather than handle only occasional transactions

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
