Your Opportunity
As a licensed real estate agent, your time will be focused on helping homebuyers find their dream home. As a member of our homebuyer team, you'll show homes and host open houses at a high level, providing excellence in customer service. Our tools and systems will provide you with everything you need to be successful with plenty of growth opportunities. This opportunity is focused on Chester, Delaware and New Castle Counties.
Responsibilities
- Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Follow up with homebuyers and obtain answers to their questions
- Host high quality, successful open houses
- Participate in team training
- Attend home inspections, walkthroughs and closings

Compensation
$40,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
