• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in the Fairfax, VA area
• Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions to clients
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maximize client engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to ensure seamless communication and transaction processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate listings and market trends
• Assist clients with questions and concerns during the showing process to facilitate informed decision-making
• Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety protocols

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in real estate showings or related customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of the Fairfax, VA real estate market and surrounding areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality
• Proficient with mobile technology and real estate software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications a plus

$75,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
