Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team
