Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work with buyers, sellers, and investors to help them achieve their real estate goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Manage the full sales process—from lead generation to under contract.
- Leverage team-provided tools, systems, and marketing resources to grow your business
- Stay up to date on local market trends and property values
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A current NC Real Estate License (or actively working toward one)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
