Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in data-driven lead generation to build a steady pipeline, supported by PLACE’s tools that allow for tracking, analysis, and results.
  • Conduct detailed property showings with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring clients are fully informed at each step.
  • Provide clear, consultative support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, delivering a structured and reassuring experience.
  • Write and negotiate offers with precision, advocating for your clients while ensuring all details are accounted for.
  • Use PLACE’s Brivity CRM to organize, manage, and follow up on client interactions, allowing for seamless tracking and record-keeping.
  • Participate in regular coaching and training to refine your skills and stay aligned with the latest industry practices, so you’re always operating at your best.

Qualifications

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
