  •  Turn leads into loyal clients and closed deals.
  •  Guide buyers to their dream homes & negotiate winning offers.
  •  Win listings, market like a pro, and get top-dollar results.
  •  Stay on top with powerful PLACE technology.
  •  Host buzz-worthy open houses that attract serious buyers.
  •  Level up weekly with coaching, training, and skill practice.

Qualifications

We’re Looking for a Real Estate Sales Partner Who:

  •  Is driven, competitive, and results-focused
  •  Builds strong relationships & delivers tailored solutions
  •  Excels at prospecting, lead generation & turning challenges into wins
  •  Communicates clearly & provides top-notch client service
  •  Thrives in a collaborative, growth-minded team environment
  •  Is coachable, open to learning, and eager to improve with training & scripts
  •  Stays organized, manages time well & maximizes productivity
  •  Holds (or is pursuing) a Wisconsin Real Estate License

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
