Responsibilities
• Generate and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers
• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process
• Conduct consultations and property showings
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects
• Participate in daily team training and accountability sessions
• Implement proven lead generation and follow-up systems
Qualifications
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
