• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients’ home search preferences
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems

• Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
