Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to facilitate successful transactions
  • Research market conditions, property values, and financing options to provide informed advice
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Utilize marketing strategies and social media to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one prior to employment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a desire to build a successful career
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and local market trends preferred
  • Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend client meetings and property showings

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
