Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to establish foundational knowledge.
  • Consistently utilize PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis to cultivate potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with buyers to secure agreements and identify suitable properties.
  • Confidently negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities through the use of PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to promote listed properties.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments.
  • Participate actively in weekly team script practice sessions to enhance communication skills.
  • Engage in team activities to contribute positively to the organizational culture.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for continuous professional development.
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, providing expert assistance in marketing their properties.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services to maximize sale results.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales

Compensation

$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
