Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure smooth transactions
- Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract prospective clients
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of NJ
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
