✅ Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Currently producing or capable of producing quickly
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Coachable and open to structure
• Accountable and results-driven
• Willing to follow proven systems (not reinvent them)

$160,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
