• Complete the Team Launch program
• Implement weekly lead generation strategies as outlined by the team
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate purchase and sale offers for clients
• Maintain records of tasks and activities using Team Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards
• Participate in team events and activities as required
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
• Collaborative team member
• Licensed real estate agent (Arizona)
• Over 3 years of experience in sales (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Eager to learn and grow
• Highly organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Superior time management skills

$100 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
