Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers to understand their goals and needs
• Guide clients through the home buying process from consultation to closing
• Conduct property showings and write offers
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
• Utilize team systems and CRM daily
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business
• Deliver a world-class client experience

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed in NC and/or SC (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Coachable and growth-oriented
• Motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Organized and willing to follow proven systems
• Committed to high standards of professionalism and client care
• Team-minded while still entrepreneurial

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
