Join Our Team: Seeking an Experienced Recruiter for a Leading Real Estate Group

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Recruiter to help expand one of the state’s most successful real estate teams. Our portfolio features the region’s premier properties, showcased through cutting-edge technology and expert marketing.
As our recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying candidates who not only meet our rigorous performance criteria but also align with our team’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and attract licensed real estate agents through social media, email campaigns, networking events, and other outreach methods.
- Post job openings across all major industry job boards to connect with top-tier real estate talent.
- Conduct discovery calls, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates smoothly through the hiring process.
- Keep detailed and confidential records of applicants, interviews, and recruitment data to optimize the candidate pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local real estate schools, brokerages, and industry influencers.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of various recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate closely with management to achieve monthly recruitment goals.
Qualifications We Value:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in recruiting or inside sales; real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
- Energetic, self-driven, and goal-focused.
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly.
- High emotional intelligence to foster trust and build meaningful professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ATS platforms, social media, and job boards.
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Salary: $60,000–$90,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, based on experience and skills.
- Employment Type: Full-time (specific schedule to be determined).
- Location: Salt Lake City, with hybrid remote work possible after training and onboarding.
- Start Date: To be determined.
