What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Guide clients through the buying or selling process from first contact to closing day
• Respond quickly to team-provided leads—we handle the marketing, you focus on the people
• Host consultations to understand client goals and educate them on current market conditions
• Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Write, present, and negotiate contracts with professionalism and confidence
• Collaborate with our full support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
• Follow up consistently with leads, past clients, and referrals using our proven systems
• Show up for training, coaching, and team meetings to stay sharp and in growth mode
• Represent The Tomlinson Group brand with integrity, energy, and enthusiasm

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You hold an active Ohio Real Estate License – or you're in the process of getting one
• You’re motivated to grow a real estate business with the support of a top team
• You have strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people
• You’re a self-starter who thrives in a flexible, fast-moving environment
• You’re open to coaching and collaboration—you want to learn and level up
• You’re comfortable using (or learning) basic tech tools like CRMs, e-signing platforms, and apps
• You have reliable transportation for showings and in-person client meetings
• You’re available to work some evenings and weekends as needed by clients
• You have reliable internet access, cell phone, and laptop

$35,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
