Responsibilities
- Foundational Training: Complete our comprehensive Launch program to build a strong foundation in real estate practices, ensuring you are fully prepared for your role.
- Lead Generation Basics: Learn to use our sophisticated lead generation systems to start building your client base with quality leads.
- Client Engagement: Gain experience in working with both buyers and sellers, learning to craft agreements and negotiate deals that ensure favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Task Management Skills: Utilize our cutting-edge technology to effectively manage and track all your tasks and activities, helping you maintain organization and efficiency.
- Open House Management: Organize and conduct open houses to attract potential clients and showcase properties, learning the dynamics of client interaction in real scenarios.
- Lead Conversion Techniques: Develop skills to convert lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments through effective follow-up strategies.
- Skill Development: Engage in script practice and participate in team activities designed to enhance your negotiation and client interaction skills.

Qualifications
- NC Real Estate License: Mandatory possession of a valid license to practice real estate in North Carolina or in the process of obtaining the license.

Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
