Responsibilities
As a new agent with our team, you’ll learn and master:
- Building relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and referral partners.
- Conducting buyer consultations and listing presentations (we’ll train you).
- Learning scripts, systems, and strategies to generate consistent business.
- Managing transactions from start to finish with excellence.
- Leveraging our CRM, marketing tools, and team resources to stay organized and productive.
- Attending team trainings, masterminds, and coaching sessions that accelerate your growth.
- Delivering a world-class client experience that earns repeat and referral business.
You’ll be surrounded by a leadership team and support staff who genuinely care about your success and who know how to get you there — step by step.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (we’ll guide you through it)
- A positive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
- A desire to build a business and serve people with excellence
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- A commitment to personal growth and consistency
- A high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
