We are seeking a Real Estate Media Producer who is ready to play a key role in building and expanding a recognizable, professional real estate brand. This position is focused on producing high-quality video and media content that positions our team as market leaders. You will work directly with leadership to bring ideas to life, create engaging content, and consistently elevate our digital presence.

• Create consistent video and photo content for Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop real estate-related content prompts and talking points for the team owner
• Record marketing videos in-office
• Operate media equipment including microphones, lighting, cameras, and mobile devices
• Edit videos using editing software and AI editing tools
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent content production schedule
• This role is execution-focused. We are looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into polished, professional content.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Instgram, YouTube, and TikTok formats
• Familiarity with video editing software and AI-based editing tools
• Comfortable directing and prompting others on camera
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Positive, professional attitude
• Interest in real estate and local market trends is a plus
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes

$16.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
