Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss pricing, marketing, and selling strategies
- Conduct listing consultations and secure signed listing agreements
- Guide sellers through the listing and closing process
- Coordinate with the team on marketing, staging, photography, and launch preparation
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Negotiate offers and advocate for your clients’ best interests
- Utilize CRM systems, follow-up plans, and team tools consistently
- Participate in team coaching, trainings, and accountability meetings
Qualifications
The Right Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Professional, motivated, and relationship-driven
- Coachable and committed to personal growth
- Organized with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working within systems and processes
- Focused on delivering an exceptional seller experience
- Excited to grow within a collaborative team environment
Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
