Job Description: Showing Assistant

In the role of Showing Assistant, you will be responsible for presenting properties to prospective buyers in an engaging and professional manner. Working in partnership with our real estate agents, you will guide clients on property tours, making sure they feel at ease, fully informed, and enthusiastic about the homes they visit. A valid Michigan real estate license is required for this position. Compensation is commission-based.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• List and advertise properties for sale.
• Conduct property showings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Stay up-to-date with market conditions, changes in legislation, and financing options.

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or willingness to undergo real estate training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain).

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
