Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • List and advertise properties for sale.
  • Conduct property showings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, changes in legislation, and financing options.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or willingness to undergo real estate training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain).

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
