Job Description: Showing Assistant
As a Showing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to showcase properties to potential buyers in a compelling and professional way. Collaborating closely with our real estate agents, you will lead clients through property tours, ensuring they are comfortable, well-informed, and excited about the homes they explore. This position requires a valid Michigan real estate license. Compensation is commission-based.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- List and advertise properties for sale.
- Conduct property showings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions, changes in legislation, and financing options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or willingness to undergo real estate training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain).
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
