Responsibilities
- Graduate from our 90 Day New Agent Training program
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and daily trainings
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and show homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Conduct six open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Compensation
$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
