The Brenkus Team has served more than 9,000 clients, contributed to Gary Keller's bestselling The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and built a sales system with over 40 years of results in Las Vegas. You won't be figuring it out on your own — you'll be plugging into a machine that already works.

What You'll Earn

Up to $20/hr base salary DOE + commission bonuses
Realistic first-year total: $55,000–$70,000+

(Top performers who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month Earn $80,000 - $100,000)

Your Path Forward

ISAs who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month are eligible for our Agent Track Program — a defined path to becoming a full-time buyer's or listing agent on The Brenkus Team. Our goal is to promote from within.

What You'll Do

This is an aggressive sales role. You are the quarterback of our team.

Every day, you will:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
• Immediately respond to inbound inquires
• Manage the database by nurturing leads using our follow-up system (already built for you)
• Build trust by uncovering client motivation and objections.
• Collaborate with your top agents, tag teaming to convert the leads
• Track your numbers, own your metrics, and compete to be at the top of the board

• Real Estate license (we have Real estate school if you are good at sales)
• Experience in real estate inside sales or a related field
• Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology

• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
