Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients during negotiations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Draft and review contracts, guaranteeing full compliance with legal standards.
- Stay informed about current real estate laws and regulatory updates.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred.

Compensation
$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
