Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
- Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer any questions throughout the buying process
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry to support client needs and business growth
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a buyer’s sales agent or in a related real estate sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Nutley, NJ real estate market and surrounding areas
- Proven track record of successfully closing residential property transactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
