Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers throughout every step of the home buying process
- Attend property showings, inspections, and closings
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service
- Follow up on leads and nurture enduring client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transactions

Who We’re Looking For:
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Familiar with or eager to master the Solano County market
- Motivated, professional, and committed to client satisfaction
- A cooperative team player who flourishes in a growth-driven environment

Please note: This position is commission-only with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct open houses monthly based on team standards
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
