Responsibilities
As a Buyer’s Agent on our team, you will:
• Meet with buyers and show homes
• Guide clients through writing and submitting offers
• Follow our proven sales process
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the transaction
• Manage your pipeline and CRM follow-up
• Participate in team training and role-play sessions
Performance Expectations
• Attend 5+ buyer appointments or showings per week
• Secure 5 Buyer Broker Agreements per month
• Maintain 50% escrow conversion

Qualifications
You may be a strong fit if you are:
• A motivated and competitive sales professional
• Strong at building rapport with clients
• Organized and able to manage your time independently
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Interested in building a long-term career in real estate
Preferred:
• Licensed real estate professional
• 1–2 years of real estate or sales experience
• Track record of 5+ homes sold annually (preferred but not required)
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
