• Follow our proven lead generation systems each week
• Host at least two open houses per month
• Turn conversations into appointments
• Join weekly script practice, trainings, and coaching
• Stay engaged in team activities and Partner Calls
• Help buyers from consultation to closing (agreements, home search, offers & negotiations)
• Track your progress using our PLACE technology

We’ll provide the systems and support — you bring the drive and consistency

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Required)
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
• Desire to grow your income in 2026
• Professional communication skills
• Full-time commitment preferred
