Participate in coaching, roleplay, and training

✅ Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable and open to following a proven system
• Driven and accountable
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Focused on growth and production
