The Partner Role As a Partner, you move beyond being “just an agent” and step into a true business-building lane—with leverage, ownership, and upside that most agents never access. You will: Continue producing at a high level while leveraging systems, people, and technology Operate with a showing assistant and operational support, freeing you to focus on listings, clients, and leadership Participate in building and scaling the broader organization Collaborate with other top leaders locally and nationally Help shape culture, standards, and long-term vision Create multiple income streams beyond commissions Qualifications Who This Opportunity Is For This role is highly selective. Qualified candidates must already be operating at an elite level and demonstrate the mindset of a business owner, not someone who is just self-employed.

Consistently closing minimum of 25+ transactions per year for several years Generating a minimum of $250,000+ in Gross Commission Income (GCI) Proven track record of professionalism, production, and follow-through Strong growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve Long-term thinker who values wealth building and generational impact Collaborative leader who thrives around other high performers Entrepreneurial spirit with a “build together” mentality High character, coachable, and values-driven.
