Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in ongoing team training

Execute weekly lead generation systems and follow-up plans

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments

Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements

Help buyers identify homes and navigate the purchasing process

Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes effectively

Demonstrate expertise in pricing, preparation, staging, and listing strategy

Negotiate offers and advocate for clients throughout the transaction

Track tasks, activities, and opportunities in PLACE technology

Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, and skill-building sessions

Attend script practice and use proven dialogues to improve conversion

Host open houses as part of your business growth plan

Follow team standards, systems, and accountability expectations

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, growth-focused team culture

Qualifications

Active real estate license required

2+ years of real estate sales experience preferred

A track record of production, ideally 10 to 20 closed units annually

A desire to grow production without carrying the entire business alone

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, agents, and community partners

Growth-minded, learning-based, and open to coaching

Organized enough to follow systems, track activities, and honor commitments

Accountable to goals, standards, and results

Willing to practice scripts, improve skills, and get better on purpose

Positive, professional, and solutions-focused, even when real estate gets real estate-y

Competitive in a healthy way and motivated by progress

Resilient, consistent, and willing to do the work when it is not glamorous

Client-focused and committed to delivering a high level of service

Comfortable being part of a team that encourages, supports, and challenges each other

Values honesty, ownership, kindness, hard work, and doing the right thing

Wants to build a business with more clarity, more confidence, and less chaos

Compensation

$80,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
