Real Estate Broker | Buyer's Agent for The Satushek Team

• Consistently use PLACE lead generation systems each week
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as part of the team routine
• Take part in team activities following our team’s guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a strong foundation
• Work closely with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help find the right homes
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Keep track of your activities and client information using PLACE Technology

Active WA Real Estate License is REQUIRED for this role

• Internally motivated
• Goal oriented & results-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded 
• Willingness to learn and continually practice sales scripts and techniques
• Excellent time management skills 
• Prior real estate experience preferred, but not required

Please note: This is a 100% commission based role.

Compensation estimate provided is based on closing ~1 transaction monthly.

$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
