This is a growth opportunity and your income will be dictated by how well you do your job and how much growth you bring to our organization. Our goal is to coach and train this position into the director of operations for our organization. Real estate experience would be a plus but not necessary!

Responsibilities

1)Office management and answering office phones.

2)Client care and communication.

3)Responsible to create systems to improve company, create efficiencies, and execute strategies.

4)Assist administrative team with executing projects and transactions.

5)Oversight over real estate transactions/providing customer service to clients proactively.

6)Managing client care, client retention programs, community outreach.

7)Managing office expenses, Quickbooks coordination and billing.

8)Oboarding and training new staff and agents.

9)Keeping and creating training systems up to date and relevant.

10)Create and assist in managing events and marketing materials.

Previous real estate experience is a plus but not necessary.
