We are looking for a highly driven executive administrator who tackles challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. This position offers significant growth potential, with compensation tied directly to your contributions and the company’s expansion. Our long-term plan is to develop this role into the Director of Operations. While real estate experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

1)Office management and answering office phones.

2)Client care and communication.

3)Responsible to create systems to improve company, create efficiencies, and execute strategies.

4)Assist administrative team with executing projects and transactions.

5)Oversight over real estate transactions/providing customer service to clients proactively.

6)Managing client care, client retention programs, community outreach.

7)Managing office expenses, Quickbooks coordination and billing.

8)Oboarding and training new staff and agents.

9)Keeping and creating training systems up to date and relevant.

10)Create and assist in managing events and marketing materials.

Previous real estate experience is a plus but not necessary.
