As a Showing Assistant, you will begin by supporting the team with property showings and client interactions. Over time, you will receive training and coaching to take on more responsibility, with the goal of becoming a licensed real estate professional and a full member of the team.

Responsibilities
As a Showing Assistant, you will be immersed in the work of a real estate agent from the start. This is a commission-based role where compensation is earned through closings. You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside top producers and building your own career.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting buyers by attending property showings and supporting the lead agent in client service
- Completing PLACE Agent Launch and ongoing team training to develop your real estate knowledge and skills
- Participating in lead generation activities, including circle prospecting and database outreach
- Beginning to build and nurture your own sphere of influence while following up with team-provided opportunities
- Learning and applying proven systems, models, and processes that drive success in real estate
- Collaborating with the team to support active buyers and listings while gaining transaction experience
- Preparing for and working toward becoming a licensed agent and full producing team member
Qualifications
- Must be in the process of obtaining, or willing to obtain, a New York real estate license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to following proven systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commission-based position with earnings dependent on performance and closings
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
