Your Opportunity

$36,000.00–$40,000 per year in hourly + Bonus | High-Performance Sales Role

This is not a passive desk job.

This role is for someone who is driven, competitive, and comfortable making a lot of calls.

Your job is simple:

Call leads. Turn around objections. Set appointments for our real estate agents.

Our Inside Sales Agents are the front line of our business and play a critical role in helping buyers and sellers move forward with real estate decisions.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include:

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day
• Set 4 appointments per day
• Follow proven scripts and sales process
• Set qualified appointments for our agents
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline in CRM
• Track and report activity

Success in this role requires consistency, discipline, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

You are excellent at handling objections and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts
  • Team player
  • Real estate license preferred

The ideal candidate is:

Preferred qualifications:

• Real estate license (not required)
• Sales experience or phone sales experience
• Real estate experience a plus

Compensation

$55,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
