Your Role Will Include:

• Showcasing houses and taking listings
• Negotiating contracts skillfully
• Mastering and implementing effective scripts, dialogues, and presentations
• Continuously generating leads and expanding your database
• Consistently following up with your pipeline and database

What we are looking for:

• Graduate from our PLACE Launch program - We have an incredible 86 onboarding & launch program that will coach you on everything you need to know to be a successful agent in today’s market.
• Driven by goals and self-motivated
• A disciplined, organized, and tenacious professional
• Comfortable and experienced in phone communication
• Skilled in customer service and sales
• Familiar with commission-based roles
• Licensed or in the process of acquiring a CA real estate license
