Become a vital part of the Ben Kinney Team DFW South as a Showing Assistant for Real Estate Agents and launch your career in the dynamic real estate field. In this role, you will support our agents by coordinating property showings and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective buyers. • Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
