Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch program and attend real estate school to obtain licensure
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Assist in consulting with buyers, support in securing signed buyer agreements, and help identify suitable homes
- Support negotiations on offers for both sellers and buyers under supervision
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Help organize and participate in open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice and team activities following team guidelines
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Assist in consulting with sellers, contribute to listing conversions, and support home marketing efforts
- Learn and apply knowledge of pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services under mentorship
Qualifications
- Self-driven and motivated with a passion for sales and real estate
- Skilled at establishing rapport, actively listening, and understanding client needs
- Eager to develop prospecting and lead generation abilities
- Comfortable handling objections and challenges with confidence
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborative team member
- Currently pursuing or interested in obtaining a real estate license
- Open to learning and growth, with a strong desire to improve skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Receptive to learning and practicing scripts and dialogues
- Excellent at managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently
Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
