Your Responsibilities:

• Promptly follow up with Zillow and inbound leads
• Conduct showings and listing appointments in Stephens City, Winchester, and surrounding counties
• Master and implement our proven scripts and conversion techniques
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability
• Provide exceptional service and consistently close transactions

Who We’re Looking For:

  Familiar with the market and able to meet clients throughout southern Frederick County and nearby regions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia real estate license
• Preferably 2+ years of experience, but motivated newcomers are welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with prompt follow-up abilities
• Ambitious and driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

$120,000 - $175,000+ annually
Commission-based with a steady stream of high-quality appointments to keep your pipeline full.
