Your Role:
- Follow up quickly with Zillow and inbound leads
- Attend showings and listing appointments in Stephens City, Winchester, and surrounding counties
- Learn and apply our proven conversion systems and scripts
- Engage in weekly coaching, tracking, and accountability
- Deliver top-level service and close deals consistently

Qualifications:
- Virginia real estate license
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organized and able to follow up promptly
- Driven to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$120,000 - $175,000+ per year
Commission-based, with consistent high-quality appointments to keep your pipeline full.

We’ve sold over $1 billion in real estate and provide hands-on coaching, scripts, and weekly support.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$120,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
