Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
  • Monitor and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Host two open houses each month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
  • Participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market properties effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
